INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Jason is accepting new clients for individual psychotherapy via telehealth. In-person services are not available.

FEES AND PAYMENT

Jason accepts cash or check and does not take insurance. Payment is due in full at the time of each session.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled session by calling and leaving a voicemail at (971) 270-0114. Cancellations made after 24 hours prior to the session or failure to attend your session will result in a charge for the full amount of the session missed.

PROFESSIONAL CONSULTATION

To further improve the quality of services I offer, I may participate in supervision. My supervisors are bound by the rules of confidentiality. If you have concerns about the review of your case with a consultant, please share your concerns with Jason.

EMERGENCIES

You may leave a voicemail at (971) 270-0114, 24 hours a day. Calls will be returned during regular business hours, as soon as possible. During the weekend, calls may not be returned. If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, please call 911 for assistance. In the event of a mental health emergency after hours or any time you cannot reach your therapist, you should call your local crisis or go directly to an emergency room.
